There is a point where noise cancelling stops being a feature and becomes the reason the headphones exist, and Bose has owned that point for two decades. The QuietComfort cancels more, cancels lower, and does it without the pressure sensation that cheaper implementations produce in some people, and that part never shows up in a specification.
